The Devon Board Game Weekender March 2025

Devon Dice Crew is delighted to announce that the fourth Devon Board Game Weekender will take place from 3 pm Friday 7 March (Joel’s Birthday) until 3 pm Sunday 9 March 2025 at The Fox and Hounds Country Hotel.

The March 2025 event is brought to you in partnership with The Fox & Hounds Country Hotel, with support from the Whose Turn Is It Anyway? team.

The Hotel has blocked out the entire hotel for the exclusive use of board game lovers to gather for a fun and informal weekend playing their favourite games. So come sit by the fire, walk in the gardens by the River Taw, enjoy delicious food, relax, and lose yourself in your favourite board games.

If you are not staying overnight at the hotel, tickets to attend the event will be on sale in January. Tickets to attend the weekend are expected to be £10-£15.  If you would like early notification of ticket sales, please keep an out on our social media sites.

Please ensure you answer all the questions fully and pay the amount prompted to secure your tickets.

Important Information:

Ticket Prices:

• Weekend Ticket: £15
• Under 5s: Free (no ticket required)
• Dogs: Free (and welcome to join in and play as much as they like!) (no ticket required)

• We are currently only selling weekend tickets. Single-day tickets are not available as this helps us better organise the event and estimate attendance.
• If, closer to the event, there are still weekend tickets available, we may consider offering single-day tickets. However, purchasing a weekend ticket and attending only one day is entirely up to you.

Ticket Refund Policy:

• Full refunds are available up to one month before the event.
• After this, refunds will only be considered up to 24 hours before the event and will depend on whether there is a ticket waiting list.

Food & Drink
Full details of food and drink choices including meals can be found on the Event page in the Food & Drink section. Closer to the event, the hotel will email ticket holders to request their dining choices; including snacks and food for Dogs.
